Here at CCCG and the United Church of Christ, we believe you should never put a period where God has put a comma: God is still speaking today, for this generation, for justice, compassion and mercy of the poor, the brokenhearted, the disinherited, the refugee, and the prisoner. We nourish our faith together in worship weekly but believe that God calls us to a lived faith that challenges us daily. Whether it's food scarcity, fair rental housing, homelessness for families, assisting asylum refugees, or helping new immigrants successfully start lives of hope and promise in New Hampshire and beyond, we get involved with our hearts, minds, wallets, and spirits. In addition to our own Food Pantry at CCCG, we participate in many initiatives and partner with the following organizations:
Each Wednesday from 10am-12noon and Saturdays from 10 am - 1 pm, our GCCC's Food Pantry is open at the Parish House, located at 44 Post Road in Greenland. Access to the Food Pantry can also be made by appointment. All are welcome at our well-stocked food pantry and we provide two bags of food for each individual or family each week. We are fortunate to live in a generous community and receive food, paper products and healthcare items from local residents as well as annual drives conducted by the US Postal Service and the Family Scouts.
